The Sony ICF-DVD57TV is a combination Flat Screen

system is designed as an under cabinet system for your kitchen. You
can watch television, watch a feature film on your DVD, listen
to music on your cd or am/fm clock radio.
- the ICF-DVD57TV from Sony is designed to be installed
underneath your cabinet
- the LCD screen on the television flips down so you can
watch anything you want on the 9 inch panel
- remote control
- 2 speakers
- silver color
- mts stereo
- auto channel search gives up to 125 cable channels,
so you can watch your favorite programs
- Built-in cooking timer
- Stainless-steel panel
Something to note, I was researching and reading online
reviews. Apparently there is a problem that Sony has not
considered. Many reviews complained on the size of the ICF-DVD57TV,
apparently it doesn't fit standard cabinets. The end result
is that this LCD TV will stick out from the cabinet so much
that it can actually not be installed into place.
- width 15.75 in.
- depth 12.75 in.
- height 4.88
in.
Standard width for upper cabinet are
12 inches deep, the end result is that you new TV system will
stick out at least 3 inches, even more if you have wall
tiles placed on the wall below your upper cabinets. Make
sure you measure the area that you want to install this unit
before you buy.
The MiniDV DCR-TRV33 by Sony carries a price tag of $800.
With this model line - Sony has moved almost all the functions
inside the LCD screen. The major upgrade of the DCR-TRV33
over it's other lower models is the addition of a Mega pixel
CCD. The camcorder handles alright, and is certainly a good
choice if you are interested in high resolution stills and
want a very simple point and shoot camcorder.
